lin loving memory of Juan Felipe Resendez, born in Artesia, Ca. On October 27th, 1965, to Maria Auxilio Recendez and Angel Duarte Resendez.

Felipe is survived by his cherished children, Angelica Miranda, Marcus Miranda, Nestor Recendez, Michael Recendez, Anthony Recendez, and his stepchildren Oscar, Martin, George, Frankie, Crystal, Phillip, Daniel, Adrian and Steven. 

A devoted and loyal husband, Felipe leaves behind his beloved wife, Martha Perez.

He was a proud and adoring grandpa to Orlando Trotter and additional 12 step grandchildren Pops, Gavyn, Gabriel, Annalie, Lil Frank, Ayiana, Maya, Priscilla, Roxanne, Savannah, Raiden and Angel.

Though Felipe was very quiet and calm, his actions and achievements were loud. Despite facing the daunting challenges of cancer and enduring harsh accidents, Felipe emerged victorious, proving his resilience when others doubted. His body may have been slim and small, but his heart and devotion were enormous and unwavering.

Felipe overcame not only physical battles but also the misconceptions that his quiet demeanor might imply. His journey was a testament to the strength that lies beneath the surface. He found joy in creating memories with those he met over the years in the Inland Empire and especially in Big Bear City. Felipe embraced the snow, was an avid animal lover, and remained a diehard Raider fan.

Felipe's legacy is not just a story of overcoming, but one of love, warmth, and the indelible mark he left on the hearts of all who knew him. His love for family time and barbecues was a cornerstone of the memories he crafted moments that will forever live on through everyone fortunate enough to share those cherished times with him. May these memories bring comfort and smiles to those who loved him, a testament to the enduring legacy of a man whose quiet strength spoke volumes.
