Jose died peacefully on September 15, 2015 at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs. Jose was a strong, hard-working man who's priority was always his family. He was born in Corral de Ramas, Penjamo, Guanajuato to his mother Maria Gabina Rodriguez and his father Jose Dolores Morales.
Jose never stepped foot in a school, life was his teacher. Admirably, with the help of a family friend, Jose was able to teach himself to read and write, not only in Spanish, but in English as well. In the eyes of his wife and kids, there was nothing he didn't know how to do. He was a real life super hero.
Jose leaves behind his wife, Martha, and five kids, Eduardo, Maribel, Mauricio, Oracio, and Rolando.
He will forever be remembered by his family as the best father and husband anyone could ever ask for, the best example for his kids to follow.
Jose será recordado por su familia como el mejor Papa y esposo que Dios les pudo dar. Sus hijos seguirán su ejemplo de siempre tratar de ser personas de bien y de seguir siendo trabajadores como el les enseñó. "Lole", como muchos lo conocían, se quedará en nuestro corazón y siempre será recordado con alegria por la gran vida que el vivió.
